The staff is very friendly and helpful, even accommodating late-night arrivals. My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was very spacious with a great bathroom, kitchenette, and dining area. It overlooked the car park, but the air conditioning at night blocked out any noise, so it wasn't a problem. Being situated in the old village of Malia, it was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a lovely balcony with a sea view. What more could we ask for?
